An additional two individuals have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by police.
A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested for suspected conspiring to commit a robbery. Both individuals remain in custody, the force said.
The arrests come after an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women had stolen from them their luggage after getting out of a parking garage elevator.
A toddler aged three was one of the injured in the event. A total of five individuals went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.
Police arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.
Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of several individuals hurt by an irritating chemical believed to be pepper spray.
The assault - which police said was isolated and not considered terrorism - resulted in delays to rail services and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
